How cannabis delivery works in Guelph
In Ontario, cannabis can only be delivered by a licensed retailer, and only to adults. When you order online from our menu, you choose delivery, enter your address and the checkout confirms whether your address is in our delivery area. A driver then brings your order to you.

Delivery hours and minimum order
We deliver every day from 4 PM to 7 PM. Delivery orders have a $70 minimum. Order online and your delivery will arrive within that window.
How to place a delivery order
- Open our online menu and choose Delivery.
- Enter your address so the menu shows what is available to you.
- Browse flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, beverages, concentrates and accessories, and add items to your cart.
- Check out and confirm your details.
- Be home to receive your order and have your ID ready.
Payment
Pay online at checkout or by e-Transfer. We do not accept cash for delivery orders. To pay by e-Transfer, send it to contact@purenorthcannabis.ca, use the password purenorth and put your order number in the message.
What you need at the door
Ontario law requires the delivery driver to confirm you are 19 or older. Have valid government-issued photo ID ready, and the order must be received by an adult. A driver cannot leave cannabis with someone who cannot show they are of age, and cannot hand it over to a person who appears intoxicated. If the order cannot be completed, it will not be left unattended.
Delivery or pickup?
If you would rather skip the wait, you can order online and pick up at our store at 783 Woolwich St, Guelph. Choose Pickup on the menu instead of Delivery. Bring your ID for pickup as well.

- Use a phone number you will answer so the driver can reach you.
- Keep your ID handy before the driver arrives.
