Terms of Use and Sale

1. Adult Use Only

• You must be at least 19 years of age to access the age-restricted portions of this website, enter the store, place an order, purchase cannabis or accept a cannabis delivery.
• A customer who appears to be under 25 may be required to present valid government-issued identification showing that they are at least 19. Pure North may request identification whenever reasonably required to confirm age or identity.
• Orders may be refused or cancelled if age or identity cannot be verified.

2. Legal and Responsible Use

• Products are sold for lawful adult recreational use in accordance with applicable Canadian and Ontario law.
• Customers are responsible for possessing, transporting, storing and using products lawfully and keeping cannabis away from children and pets.
• Website information and staff recommendations are general product information and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional for health-related questions.

3. Website and Account Use

• Information submitted when ordering must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and notifying Pure North if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce content for commercial purposes, or use the service for unlawful activity.
• Pure North may restrict website or ordering access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention or service integrity.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not final acceptance. An order is accepted only when Pure North confirms it and the products are available for lawful release.
• Pure North may limit quantities, refuse, correct or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, compliance requirements, delivery limitations or other reasonable operational concerns.
• If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the unavailable item will be removed, substituted only with customer approval, or refunded using the appropriate payment process.

5. Products, Potency and Availability

• Inventory is limited and may change without notice. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it unless the order is accepted.
• Product names, images, descriptions, cannabinoid ranges, terpene information, package dates and other details are provided for convenience and may vary by lot. The sealed package label supplied with the purchase is authoritative.
• Pure North may correct typographical, pricing, image or description errors and may remove or update products without notice.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees are added as shown at checkout.
• Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout or in store. Payment authorization may be required before an order is prepared or released.
• If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, Pure North may correct the price before completing the sale and will give the customer the option to accept the corrected price or cancel the affected item.

7. Pickup

• Pickup orders must be collected from the selected Pure North location during the communicated pickup window and store hours.
• The person collecting the order must be at least 19 and may be required to present valid government-issued identification and order confirmation. Pure North may require the pickup name to match the order record.
• Orders not collected within the stated hold period may be cancelled and returned to inventory.

8. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within active service zones and during available delivery windows shown on the website or at checkout. Zones, minimums, fees and timing may change based on operational capacity and legal requirements.
• A person aged 19 or older must be present to accept the order. Identification may be required, and delivery will not be left unattended, placed in a mailbox or left with a person who cannot lawfully receive it.
• Pure North may refuse or reschedule delivery if age or identity cannot be verified, the address is unsafe or inaccessible, the recipient appears intoxicated, or delivery cannot be completed lawfully.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Loyalty

• Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, inventory and conditions. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.
• Pure North may correct, suspend or end an offer where required by law, inventory limits, system error, misuse or operational necessity.
• Loyalty benefits, if offered, have no cash value, are personal to the member, may be adjusted for error or misuse, and remain subject to applicable cannabis laws and program terms.

10. Returns, Defects and Recalls

• Cannabis and cannabis products are generally final sale, except where a product is incorrect, damaged, defective, recalled, or a refund or remedy is required by law.
• Contact Pure North promptly and retain the receipt, original packaging, lot information and remaining product. Do not discard a product that may be needed to assess a quality complaint.
• Refunds, exchanges or credits are assessed case by case and may require coordination with the Ontario Cannabis Store or licensed producer. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

• The website may use or link to third-party menu, payment, analytics, mapping, messaging and delivery services. Their availability and separate terms may apply.
• Pure North is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control, but it remains responsible for its own obligations regarding customer information and authorized retail operations.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The website and its content are provided on an as-available basis. Pure North does not promise uninterrupted access or that every description, image or availability indicator will be error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure North is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, service interruption, third-party services or unlawful or improper product use.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

• Pure North may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The effective date shown on the page identifies the current version.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
