In compliance with the government, all cannabis related products available are from the Ontario Dispensary. Accessories are from various distributors and resellers.
How can I view the products and accessories available?
Our menu of items are available to browse under the shop tab, and selecting your desired location.
What if I require assistance with the products?
Please visit one of our locations during regular operational hours, and a budtender will gladly assist with all your questions. You may also use the live chat option on our website to speak to a budtender directly.
What is the maximum amount of cannabis I can buy?
You may not exceed more than 30 grams of dried cannabis or equivalent forms per transaction by government regulations.
Refunds (Cannabis)
Please note that no cannabis products will be accepted for a return once it has left the store. We ask you to verify your products with the budtender at the time of purchase, or when receiving a delivery.
Refunds (Accessories)
Refunds will be accepted if the item is defective. To process a return, Pure North will require the original packaging and receipt. Any tampering or misuse of the item noticed will negate the refund. If you have a defective item, please notify the store of purchase immediately.
